This homepage provides an up-to-date overview and information about products, offers and general information.

Orders are processed according to the terms and conditions (and delivery and shipping costs) that were in effect at the time the order was placed. 2. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

 

Orders can be placed by the customer by phone call or email. The customer's order becomes effective through his actual access to the Zur Madonna pharmacy. Products can either be picked up by the customer himself or sent to the customer for a fee. The order is sent exclusively via the Veloce courier service, for a fee that is determined by the courier service itself and charged additionally. This fee can fluctuate and is communicated to the customer by the Zur Madonna pharmacy when the order is placed. 

Otherwise, the customer can pick up the ordered products from the pharmacy during business hours.

 

In addition, it is also necessary to collect goods that are subject to special delivery conditions (e.g. ice cream and chilled goods). In this case, the customer will be informed by the pharmacy separately by phone or email.

When the order is received by the pharmacy, the customer is promptly informed by phone call (if a telephone number has been provided) or an electronic order message (e-mail) whether the ordered products are in stock or have been ordered or prepared by the Zur Madonna pharmacy itself Need to become.

 

If goods are ordered for self-collection, the Zur Madonna pharmacy accepts the customer's offer by sending a confirmation by email, in which the customer is also informed whether and / or when the goods are ready for collection.

3. PRICES AND VALIDITY

 

All offers and information on offers are non-binding. The stated prices are gross prices in euros and include all statutory taxes. Not included are all costs incurred in the course of shipping and possible import costs.

4. PAYMENT TERMS AND RESERVATION OF TITLE

5. TERMS OF DELIVERY

 

The ordered goods are delivered by the courier service to the address given by the customer.

 

Deliveries (dispatches) by post are excluded.

 

The Zur Madonna pharmacy will notify the customer of the extended delivery time for certain goods, especially those that are manufactured or procured from home and abroad. The customer will be informed immediately of any delays in delivery, but the pharmacy will endeavor to ensure the shortest delivery time.

 

 

6. TRANSFER OF RISK

 

When dispatching the goods, the customer expressly approves the customary types of dispatch for the ordered goods, such as private messenger and delivery services such as Veloce.

 

The price risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are dispatched (that is, when they are handed over to the delivery / transport facility) by the Zur Madonna pharmacy.

 

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE

 

The Zur Madonna pharmacy retains ownership of the goods until the customer has paid the purchase price for the goods, including any shipping costs and postage, in full.

 

8. WITHDRAWAL

 

The customer has the right to cancel his order before delivery of the ordered goods. When sending goods, the customer as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the customer. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent to the pharmacy in writing within the withdrawal period. However, this right of withdrawal is only available if the goods delivered have not been opened, are in their original condition, if the goods have not been soiled or damaged by the customer and the goods have been properly stored.

Medicines and refrigerated goods may only be taken back for destruction (see point 9. Warranty).

 

The customer has no right of withdrawal for goods that have been specially manufactured according to customer specifications or that are tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

 

The customer has to bear the costs for the return in full.

 

Shipping method: The customer has to use the usual shipping methods for the return (dispatch note - registered letter confirmation) and bears the costs until the goods arrive at the pharmacy.

 

If payment has already been made, the customer receives a credit note minus our expenses.

 

9. WARRANTY

 

Complaints about delivered goods can be considered within 8 days of receipt of the shipment. The complaint must be made in writing. The customer receives a credit note for the value of the undamaged returned goods (please pack accordingly!) According to the invoice.

Medicines and refrigerated goods may only be taken back for destruction.

 

The customer has no right of withdrawal for goods that have been specially manufactured according to customer specifications or that are tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

 

The transport company is responsible for any transport damage. The Zur Madonna pharmacy draws attention to the fact that the damage that occurred on the way of transport must be recorded immediately in writing to the forwarding agent / post office in order to assert claims for compensation and that this finding must be sent to the pharmacy.

 

The customer has to bear the costs for the return in full.

 

Shipping method: The customer has to use the usual shipping methods and bears the price risk until the goods arrive at the pharmacy.

 

The guarantee is based on the statutory provisions. In the event of a justified complaint, the customer initially has the right to improvement and, if necessary, the right to exchange the goods.

 

The customer is obliged to send the goods complained about, at his own expense, immediately and in a verifiable manner, to the Zur Madonna pharmacy. In the event of a justified complaint, the customer will be reimbursed for these delivery costs.

 

In any case, in the event of a complaint, the customer must provide evidence of the date of purchase with the invoice belonging to the goods complained about, which he must send as a copy with the goods complained about.

 

10. LIABILITY
