Declaration on the obligation to provide information
(Data protection)
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
We would like to point out that we use cookies for advertising and communication purposes when you visit our website. Cookies are small files that make it possible to save specific, device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they are used to record statistical data on website usage and to be able to analyze them in order to improve the offer. With regard to the duration of the storage, we refer to the corresponding sections in this data protection declaration. Some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your computer system, which are session cookies. These are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session. Other, permanent (tracking) cookies remain on your computer system and enable us to recognize your computer the next time you visit. The length of stay depends on the settings of your internet browser.
However, you can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or completely prevented. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the ease of use are restricted without cookies. You can get many online advertising cookies from companies through the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU side http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ manage.
Integration of services and content from third parties
It can happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, links, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) can access the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, you would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective provider only uses the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party provider stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Therefore, please check the data protection regulations before using these websites, as we do not assume any responsibility or liability for websites of third parties.
Google Analytics
This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on the user's computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by them. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by users, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose set out above.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, this offer points out to the user that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by using the browser plug-in available under the following link download and install: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de . As an alternative to the browser add-on or within browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will have to click this link again.
Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API, a map service from Google Inc. (“Google”), to display an interactive map and to create route maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users based on the data received. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the Google website could be processed for other purposes over which we have no influence and cannot have. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing data transfer to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our site.
The Google data protection declaration and additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
Use of Facebook social plugins
In particular, social plugins enable you to share website content with your network contacts. This offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile, the terms “like” or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and the appearance of the Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ .
When a user calls up a website of this offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website. The provider therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs the user according to its level of knowledge: By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the relevant information is sent directly from your browser to Facebook and saved there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out his IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is saved in Germany. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users can be found in Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him through this offer and link it to his member data stored on Facebook, he must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. Further settings and contradictions to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads .
Data protection declaration for the use of Instagram
Functions of the Instagram service are integrated on our site. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This enables Instagram to assign your visit to our website to your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the site, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or its use by Instagram.
You can find more information on this in Instagram's privacy policy: http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/
Data protection declaration for the use of Twitter
This website uses social media functions from Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. You can share content on the Twitter social network using the Twitter buttons integrated in it - the tweet button. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6 (1) subparagraph 1 (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in optimizing the website. When a page with an integrated tweet button is called up, a connection is established between the browser used and the Twitter servers. In order to prevent this immediate connection, this website uses a solution in which this transmission only takes place when the tweet button is pressed. If you have a Twitter account, this data can be linked to it. If you do not want this data to be assigned to your Twitter account, please log out of Twitter before visiting the site and delete the cookies in your browser. Twitter has submitted to the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement between the USA and the EU. You can find out more about data protection from Twitter at https://twitter.com/privacy .
Social Pulgins from LinkedIN
We use social plugins from the LinkedIN service. These functions are offered by LinledIn Inc., 1000 West Maude Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA.
You can recognize the LinkedIn plugins by the corresponding logo or the “Recommend” button. Please note that the plug-in establishes a connection between your respective internet browser and the LinkedIn server when you visit our website. LinkedIn thus receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend” button and are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time, you enable LinkedIn to assign your visit to our website to you or your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the site, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or their use by LinkedIn.
Further details on the collection of data and your legal options as well as setting options can be found at http://www.linkedin.com/static?key=privacy_policy&trk=hb_ft_priv
Youtube
Our site uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA for the integration of videos. Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Click service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). As a result, YouTube will no longer store any information about the visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and YouTube will find out that you have viewed the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).
We have no knowledge of the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube, nor do we have any influence on it. You can find more information in YouTube's privacy policy under www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ remove.
